Restoration VS Replacement
Many people ask us why they should choose seat restoration over replacement seating. Here are a few main reasons:
Your current seating meets the historical architectural characteristics originally designed into your facility.
Restoration is a proven economical alternative to new chairs. Restored seating provides quality and produces a longer life cycle than most new seating currently in the marketplace.
Usually older seating was built with a higher quality requirement than today's seating.
New seating usually requires costly architectural drawings. This can add code restrictions resulting in less seating capacity for your facility plus aisle width and lighting changes may be required.
In most cases, if we remove your existing seating, we can reinstall it by using the same floor anchors. A substantial cost savings if old anchors don't have to be removed, holes patched, new holes drilled and new anchors installed.
Purchasing of new seating requires existing chair removal and disposal which can add cost to your project.
From the time of your original installation, new technology has been introduced. Tough new powder coating paints and superior lacquers now provide even longer life expectancy than your original chair finishes.
New molded foam, covered with improved upholstery materials, provide added years of durability, soil resistance and easier cleanup features.
We are a minority owned business.
